For founders, executives, business owners, and professionally responsible fathers navigating separation

Protect what matters.
Build what comes next.

Separation can consume attention, disrupt sleep, distort judgment, and change your relationship with your children while your professional responsibilities continue unchanged. Fathers Rise is an eight-week, evidence-informed private group coaching program for fathers carrying significant responsibility. It helps you respond more deliberately, handle consequential conversations, remain effective at work, and build a life you can respect after separation.

Who this is for

Built for fathers carrying consequential responsibility.

You may be leading a company, managing a team, serving clients, or making decisions that affect many other people. At the same time, part of your attention remains caught in a difficult message, an uncertain parenting arrangement, or a conversation you cannot stop replaying. You are still functioning, perhaps impressively from the outside. That does not mean you are functioning well, or that the cost is sustainable.

The work continues

Employees, clients, investors, and deadlines do not pause because your family is changing. You may be producing the same results with far less sleep and more effort.

Your judgment matters

Decisions made during separation can affect family relationships, finances, and work for years. Broken sleep and divided attention make sound judgment harder when it matters most.

Privacy matters

You may need to speak honestly without exposing your family situation inside your company, professional network, or wider community.

Competence is not enough

Commercial problems usually reward analysis, speed, and control. Separation also requires emotional regulation, relational judgment, boundaries, patience, and the ability to influence what you cannot control.

The decisions made now can outlast the crisis.

Separation follows you into the night, meetings, parenting time, and messages you may later wish you had answered differently.

The messages that consume attention

One difficult message can take over the day. You reread it, draft several replies, lose focus at work, and carry the exchange into the night.

The loss of ordinary fatherhood

Breakfasts, school runs, bedtimes, and the uneventful hours in between can become scarce. You may feel pressure to make limited time special when children also need enough ordinary life to be fully themselves with you.

Holding it together at work, albeit barely

You may still be leading meetings and meeting deadlines after another night of broken sleep. Your colleagues see competence. They may never see what it costs you to produce it.

Too many problems at once

Parenting arrangements, money, housing, legal questions, grief, work, and the history of the relationship can fuse into one crisis. When everything feels urgent, it becomes harder to decide what actually requires action.

The costs can compound: poorer sleep, reduced concentration, reactive communication, avoidable escalation, declining enjoyment of life, and less capacity to be present with your children.

Competence can conceal how much capacity you have lost. You can make a hundred consequential decisions in a day and still be undone by one message from your co-parent.

The aim is not to control your co-parent, secure a promised arrangement, or eliminate conflict. It is to become harder to provoke, clearer about what belongs to you, and more deliberate about the future your actions create.

Agency and self-preservation

Your children matter. So do you.

Responsible fathers can focus so heavily on preventing conflict and meeting everyone else's needs that they begin to disappear from their own lives. Your well-being, dignity, future, and legitimate needs matter too.

Decide what you stand for

Define the father and man you intend to be. Clear values help you make decisions you can respect even when other people disagree.

Set boundaries without creating another war

Protect your time, energy, money, and dignity. Distinguish a boundary from a threat, a request from an agreement, and firmness from retaliation.

Restore the foundations of sound judgment

Sleep, movement, food, friendship, and time alone affect every decision. Small commitments you keep are more useful than ambitious plans that collapse during a difficult week.

Work with the whole man

You can be generous and selfish, confident and frightened, highly competent in one part of life and lost in another. Change requires an honest account of both.

You and new relationships

Whether preparing to date or already seeing someone, examine your readiness, recognize patterns to avoid, and set boundaries that protect your children and co-parenting arrangements.

Create a life in which you thrive

Be fully with your children when they are with you. Restore sleep, friendship, purpose, intimacy, and enjoyment of the full spectrum of life's possibilities.

The work

Face reality. Govern your response. Follow through.

01

Separate facts from interpretations. Identify what you control, what you can influence, and what requires acceptance, boundaries, or specialist advice.

02

Recognize when fear, anger, guilt, or exhaustion is deciding for you. Settle yourself before answering a message or agreeing to something consequential.

03

Examine your contribution without accepting blame for everything. Take responsibility where it belongs and stop carrying what is not yours.

04

Practice between sessions, keep your commitments, and revise your approach when it is not working.

You do not need to arrive calm or certain. You do need enough capacity to participate, speak honestly, examine your conduct, practice, and follow through. The cohort is small and screened for fit.

Separate the problems before you try to solve them.

A difficult message can make the entire separation feel like one emergency. Yet the message itself, your fears about the children, the effect on your work, unresolved financial questions, and the history between you are different problems. They may be connected, but they do not all require the same response.

The Fathers Rise Map helps you separate them and understand how they interact. As the program progresses, the Map fills with what you learn about your circumstances, your children, your resources, recurring patterns, and the decisions in front of you.

This helps you determine what needs action, what calls for a conversation, what belongs with a specialist, and what may need to be accepted for now.

Built progressively across the eight weeks

The Map is not completed in one sitting. Each week adds information about your foundations, children, resources, recurring patterns, communication, identity, responsibilities, and priorities. It can be revised as circumstances change.

By the end, you will have a more accurate account of your situation, a small number of priorities, and a plan for what comes next.

What changes when the problems are separated

  • One message is less likely to define the entire situation.
  • Decisions are less likely to be made from panic, anger, or guilt.
  • Competing needs can be considered without treating them as identical.
  • Questions for specialists become easier to identify.

For fathers who make decisions

If you are accustomed to processing complex information, separation can be uniquely frustrating. Information is incomplete, emotions change, needs compete, and many outcomes remain outside your control. The Map organizes what is available without pretending your family is a business problem.

The Fathers Rise Map is a coaching and reflection tool. It is not a psychological assessment, legal evaluation, custody recommendation, or substitute for specialist advice.

Explore whether Fathers Rise is right for you

Begin with a private conversation about your situation, what you want help with, and whether the program is suited to your needs.

The Program

Eight weeks of structured coaching and practice.

Fathers Rise combines practical teaching, guided reflection, communication practice, and a small cohort of fathers working through parallel challenges.

Each week includes a 90-minute live session and focused practice using the messages, conversations, and decisions already demanding your attention. The program addresses fatherhood, regulation, communication, identity, health, work, agreements, relationships, and money.

You will develop the Fathers Rise Map, test new responses, and return with evidence of what happened. The aim is application, not perfection.

A private, carefully selected cohort

You will work alongside fathers carrying real professional, parental, and personal responsibility. No one needs to perform competence or arrive with a polished account of what happened. What matters is the willingness to speak honestly, receive challenge, protect other participants' privacy, and apply what you learn.

The founder

Meet Cairo Rha

Cairo Rha holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma of Education, accreditation as a mediator, and coaching accreditations. For more than two decades, he has worked across counseling, education, mediation, coaching, and family relationships.

He created Fathers Rise from professional experience and from navigating separation himself while continuing to father, work, make decisions, and co-parent.

He understands the split between appearing functional and waking in the night replaying a conversation. He also knows that empathy without accountability leaves a man where he began.

Fathers Rise stands beside the father without automatically taking his side. Cairo helps participants understand what is happening, examine their contribution, and decide what responsible action looks like now.

A private group for men prepared to do the work.

There is room for grief, anger, uncertainty, and what you have carried alone. There is also an expectation that reflection will become action.

Speak honestly without performing strength.

Receive challenge without humiliation.

Examine your contribution without accepting blame for everything.

Practice new responses instead of only discussing them.

Follow through on commitments made inside the program.

Protect children from being recruited into adult conflict.

Respect the privacy and dignity of everyone in the group.

Confidentiality is a firm group expectation. No group program can guarantee another person's conduct, and Fathers Rise does not provide round-the-clock or crisis support.

  • Separation or co-parenting strain is affecting your sleep, focus, judgment, relationships, health, or direction.
  • You want structured, private support that applies to current situations.

It may not fit if

  • You mainly want legal strategy or tactical advice for defeating your co-parent.
  • You want the group to confirm that every problem belongs to someone else.
  • You are unwilling to protect the privacy and dignity of other participants.
  • You cannot currently participate consistently or practice between sessions.
  • You need crisis, psychiatric, substance-use, domestic-violence, or emergency support beyond the program's scope.
